1) Either you, or you and any number of other people must have completed1 the bound. 2) In a multi-player game, if a player completes at least one obstacle, that player will get credit for completing the whole bound. See 2 for point spread. 3) Every obstacle must be completed. 3a) If an obstacle doesn't ever stop triggering, allowing the player to skip over a large number of obstacles, this is considered a glitch (see below about glitched replays). No points awarded for the replay. 3b) If you skip over an obstacle because the last obstacle is still running, this is OK only if the last obstacle eventually stops triggering. 4) Scourges or other skipper units, other than the normal units the map maker intended players to bound with, are not allowed. 5) If a bound allows you to select modes or difficulties separately, which have different obstacles, (i.e. BTC3, Mario Bound etc) each difficulty counts as a different replay. In addition, each counts for the same number of points. 6) If a bound allows you to select difficulty in terms of # of lives (i.e. Beethoven Bound), the bound is scored by Time, then by # of lives used. In addition, ANY selection counts as ONE replay. 7) Only Bound Replays made online, on BattleNet, are allowed. "glitch" Replays Glitched replays, noted by "(glitch)" in the map name in the replay database, do NOT score any points whatsoever. They are merely for entertainment and enjoyment purposes only. A replay is considered glitched if any of the above rules are violated (most of the glitched replays accepted are only in violation of Rule 3a, since they are the most fun to watch). Also, any bound replays made offline will be considered "glitched", since they cannot be watched online with friends. Replays can not be accepted if any of these rules are violated. These rules are subject to change at any time. |
